These little dessert pots are more than just good-looking puddings. They are delicious, low in calories and high in protein. Unbelievably quick and easy to put them together, and if you already made my homemade granola, they don’t even require any cooking. Alternatively, you can use shop-bought sugar-free granola.

Either way, if you are looking for a light summer dessert or a pre/post-workout snack, these cute yogurt pots are most certainly the answer.

The little glass pots contained Nutella spread originally, which is a very popular and rather fast-moving item in our household. I just recently baked a whole bread filled with Nutella.

Ingredients

Method

Chop up the protein brownie into small cubes and divide them between the two glasses.

In a small mixing bowl, mix together yogurt, protein powder and the flavour drops until it’s smooth without any lumps in it. Divide half of the protein yogurt between the two glasses, arrange the strawberries on top, and then spoon over the rest of the yogurt.

Sprinkle over the granola and decorate the top with some strawberries. You can use any fresh or frozen fruits you like.
